From Engineering To Dentistry
A Los Angeles native, Dr. Edward Vuong earned his Bachelors of Science in Bioengineering: Biotechnologies from the University of California, San Diego. It was while working as an engineer in a research institute that he met like-minded colleagues who were intrigued by the application of engineering in dentistry. At this suggestion, he earnestly pursued a different path that would eventually lead him to Dentistry where he found great joy in building patient relationships and a unique approach to blending his engineering background with dentistry to serve his community.
Education
Dr. Edward Vuong earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Western University of Health Sciences College of Dental Medicine. Always in the pursuit of continuous knowledge and skill improvement, he took extensive courses on implants, comprehensive full mouth restorations, and cosmetic dentistry. His specialized training from Implant Pathway further expanded his implant expertise from single to full arch restorations.
Philosophy
Dr. Vuong believes a healthly life starts with a healthy smile. With a gentle approach and warm nature, he takes the time to understand each patient’s dental needs. His goal is to ensure each patient receives the tailored solutions that fit their unique smile.
Outside The Office
He enjoys spending time with family, friends, and his two dogs, Ghost and Aria. He is also passionate about film photography, capturing moments, and developing photos. With a love for the outdoors, he spends his time hiking, camping, and at the beach. On his days off, you might find him in a peaceful park reading a good book.
